Timmerson Group ("we," "us") operates paylessonpower.com to help consumers enroll in community solar / electric-bill-savings programs. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect: name, email address, mobile phone number, service and mailing address, electric utility and account number, and an optional copy of a recent electric bill. We collect this when you submit our enrollment form or contact us.

How we use it: to check program eligibility, submit and manage your enrollment with our energy program partner, verify your identity, and communicate with you by phone, text, and email about your enrollment and related program updates and offers.

Text messaging: if you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your enrollment and program. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Sharing: we share your information only with the energy program provider and service vendors needed to process your enrollment, and as required by law. We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do NOT share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data security & retention: we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices: you may opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link), and you may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing wade@timmersongroup.com.
